- Block by Block in Baltimore: Raising Home Values by Investing in Overlooked Communities. The vacant houses surrounding Yvonne Gunn’s family home in Baltimore were impacting her appraisal value. HomeFree-USA, with the help of Freddie Mac, stepped in to renovate and sell homes on her block, leading to increased property values in the neighborhood and the possibility for Yvonne to build generational wealth for her family.
- Unhoused in Hollywood: How The Residences on Main Aims to Address Homelessness. The Residences on Main provides safe, quality housing and services to the chronically unhoused in Los Angeles. Ruth Campbell shares how her family has found their freedom through this Freddie Mac-funded project after years of unstable housing.
- Basic Training: Empowering Veterans with Financial Education. Soldier On, a nonprofit organization that offers shelter, support and resources for unhoused veterans, has partnered with Freddie Mac to provide financial education for veterans in their program.
